Privacy Policy

Hi Finance (finance.hiagency.us) is an internal bookkeeping tool operated by Hi Goods Inc. ("we") for our own companies and the team members we invite. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Who can use Hi Finance

Access is invite-only. You can sign in only if a company owner or admin has added your email address as a member.

Information we collect

• From Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile picture. We request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
• Data you enter: companies, accounts, transactions, categories, contractors and projects that members record in the app.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your Google profile only to identify you, check that you were invited, and show your name in the app. Financial data is used only to run the app for the company it belongs to. We do not sell or rent any data and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Members of a company see that company's data according to the role and account access the owner gives them. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, EU region) and Supabase (database, Frankfurt, Germany). Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Hi Finance's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. We keep your profile while you are a member of any company; when you are removed you can ask us to delete it. Financial records are kept as long as the company needs them for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
